QUALIFYING FOR AN MCFMS VEHICLE
Macedonian Call Foundation of Mississippi, Inc. serves Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) and International Mission Board (IMB) missionary families who are on temporary stateside assignment.

To qualify to use a vehicle, you must be a member of a Southern Baptist Church, from an SBC sending church in one of the five states of Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, or Alabama, have a current U.S.A. driver’s license, be age 21 or older, and be living in one of the five states while visiting stateside.

MCFMS DRIVING AREA
The MCFMS Board of Directors has approved vehicle use in the following 10 states: Kentucky, Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. For other travel outside the 10 state area missionaries must make other transportation arrangements. In rare exceptions, and upon written request, an exception may be considered to accommodate missionaries who must travel outside the approved ten state area because of a family medical emergency. In such cases where written approval is given by MCFMS, missionaries must accept responsibility for any automobile repairs and/or related expenses that may be needed while driving outside our normal driving area.

INITIAL UP-FRONT PAYMENT REQUIRED
An initial one-time up-front fee of $150.00 must be paid at the signing of the Vehicle Use Agreement and vehicle delivery. The $150.00 fee will provide for:

    A) filling of the vehicle with gas,
    B) cleaning of the vehicle, and
    C) oil change and tire rotation when the vehicle is returned by the missionary.

MONTHLY VEHICLE USE PAYMENTS
The monthly Vehicle Use fee is $275.00. The first month’s payment is due when the Vehicle Use Agreement is signed and the vehicle is delivered. Payment can be made with cash or by check.

Payments for subsequent month’s are due the first of each month. If paying by check, please make your check out to MCFMS, and mail to P.O. Box 156, Ridgeland, MS 39158-0156. If payment is made after the 10th of the month there is a 10% late fee charge. (This monthly Vehicle Use fee pays for vehicle insurance for the drivers listed on the Vehicle Use Agreement and almost all vehicle maintenance on MCFMS vehicles, except for regular oil changes paid for by missionaries while the vehicle is in use by them).

REQUESTING AN MCFMS VEHICLE
A COMPLETED VEHICLE REQUEST FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED FROM THIS WEBSITE IN ORDER TO REQUEST A VEHICLE. That is the only way we will consider a vehicle request. Be sure to provide ALL INFORMATION listed on the form below. Providing incomplete information prevents us from processing your request and postpones our ability to approve your vehicle reservation until you provide complete information.
